Invest in your future now

As a candidate, you’ll experience a condensed version of our on-campus recruitment process during the summer before you start your MBA, culminating in interviews at our New York office.

Successful candidates will receive an offer to join Barclays Investment Bank for a Banking internship to take place during the following summer, after their first year of business school. Candidates who receive an internship offer may also be considered for our highly competitive fellowship program, which provides $45,000 toward first-year tuition and academic expenses. And after a successful summer with us, fellows could be eligible for an additional $45,000 toward their second MBA year if they choose to rejoin Barclays full-time after graduation.

At Barclays, we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone’s perspective is valued. MBA Ambition is designed to attract and educate high-achieving, underrepresented candidates, including female, Black, Hispanic/Latino, Native American and LGBTQAI students, as well as military veterans and students with disabilities.
