What to expect
As a graduate HR Analyst, you’ll join us at an important time in our transformation. Our two-year rotational programme will give you the opportunity to work as part of a number of teams, supporting leaders across Barclays to deliver our strategy. You’ll work in a thriving environment, with plenty of opportunities that will challenge you, whilst you contribute to and help shape our change and transformation agenda. You’ll work alongside and learn from a diverse range of colleagues, and be given responsibility and ownership. Throughout your journey, both our team and our senior leaders will provide you with strong support, investing time and effort in your development.
How you’ll develop
We help you learn, grow and achieve your career aspirations. Starting with our Initial Training Programme, you’ll begin to develop your commercial, technical and interpersonal skills. As you move through your rotations, you’ll explore different roles and development options, giving you the broadest possible experience. You’ll have real ownership and responsibility for various projects, but at every step you’ll be encouraged through feedback and coaching from your line manager and buddy. At the same time, you’ll find a sense of community as you meet and interact with senior leaders and graduate alumni. You’ll also get involved in the broader activities of the HR function, learning how we connect our teams, enable ourselves to deliver priorities, develop ourselves as HR professionals, and recognise our achievements together. In short, you’ll develop knowledge and skills, matched by a network that spans the full breadth of a global business.
